los cuales provienen de: <span class=\"body-text-highlight\">$25.000 millones que ten\u00eda asignados para el Plan la Anses; $30.000 millones de l\u00edneas del Banco Naci\u00f3n Argentina; y $5.000 millones de una l\u00ednea de financiamiento del Gobierno de China<\/span>,\u00a0de acuerdo a lo que inform\u00f3 el ministro del Interior y Obras P\u00fablicas, Rogelio Frigerio<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\" col-md-offset-1 col-md-10 col-xs-12 col-print-12\">\n<p class=\"element element-paragraph\">Por tipo de programa, los fondos se distribuir\u00e1n en:<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\" col-md-offset-1 col-md-10 col-xs-12 col-print-12\">\n<p class=\"element element-paragraph\"><strong>\u2013 $25.000 millones<\/strong> para \u00abSoluci\u00f3n Casa Propia;<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\" col-md-offset-1 col-md-10 col-xs-12 col-print-12\">\n<p class=\"element element-paragraph\"><strong>\u2013 $15.000 millones<\/strong> para \u00abSoluci\u00f3n Construcci\u00f3n\u00bb;<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\" col-md-offset-1 col-md-10 col-xs-12 col-print-12\">\n<p class=\"element element-paragraph\"><strong>\u2013 $10.000 millones<\/strong> para \u00abDesarrollos Urban\u00edsticos\u00bb;<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\" col-md-offset-1 col-md-10 col-xs-12 col-print-12\">\n<p class=\"element element-paragraph\"><strong>\u2013 $4.000 millones<\/strong> para \u00abLotes con Servicios\u00bb; y<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\" col-md-offset-1 col-md-10 col-xs-12 col-print-12\">\n<p class=\"element element-paragraph\"><strong>\u2013 $16.000 millones<\/strong> para cientos de miles Microcr\u00e9ditos\u00bb para mejoras en las unidades habitacionales y conexi\u00f3n a los servicios de agua potable y cloacas, agreg\u00f3 el ministro que concentr\u00f3 la administraci\u00f3n de la obra p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\" col-md-offset-1 col-md-10 col-xs-12 col-print-12\">\n<p class=\"element element-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s se ampli\u00f3 el subsidio del Estado Nacional para los cr\u00e9ditos y para quienes accedan a un cr\u00e9dito a trav\u00e9s del Banco Naci\u00f3n, los plazos podr\u00e1n ser de hasta 30 a\u00f1os pero en el futuro otros bancos privados podr\u00e1 ofrecer las mismas ventajas.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\" col-md-offset-1 col-md-10 col-xs-12 col-print-12\">\n<p class=\"element element-paragraph\">En la l\u00ednea del Procrear llamada \u00abSoluci\u00f3n Construcci\u00f3n\u00bb, el valor m\u00e1ximo de la obra a emprender -que no podr\u00e1 superar los 80 metros cuadrados y ser\u00e1 de $1.100.000, de los cuales \u00a0el Estado subsidiar\u00e1 hasta $400 mil.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\" col-md-offset-1 col-md-10 col-xs-12 col-print-12\">\n<p class=\"element element-paragraph\">En lo que se refiere al valor de la cuotas mensuales existe la posibilidad que se reduzca en hasta un 20% en caso que las provincias decidan eximir a estos cr\u00e9ditos del Impuesto a los ingresos Brutos, tal como lo solicit\u00f3 el s\u00e1bado pasado el presidente Mauricio Macri en el relanzamiento del Plan Procrear.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\" col-md-offset-1 col-md-10 col-xs-12 col-print-12\">\n<p class=\"element element-paragraph\"><strong>El nuevo men\u00fa para los \u00a0que buscan una soluci\u00f3n habitacional:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\" col-md-offset-1 col-md-10 col-xs-12 col-print-12\">\n<p class=\"element element-paragraph\">Entre las distintas opciones que detall\u00f3 el ministerio del Interior y Obras P\u00fablicas a Infobae se destacan:<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\" col-md-offset-1 col-md-10 col-xs-12 col-print-12\">\n<p class=\"element element-paragraph\"><strong>Cr\u00e9dito Procrear Soluci\u00f3n Casa Propia\u00a0por un valor de hasta $1.000.000.\u00a0<\/strong>Se podr\u00e1 comprar una vivienda construida, nueva o usada. El beneficiario deber\u00e1 aportar en este caso unos $100.000; el subsidio del Estado Nacional es de $400.000 y el valor del cr\u00e9dito es de $500.000. La <strong>cuota inicial se estim\u00f3 en $2.500, a un plazo de hasta 30 a\u00f1os,<\/strong>\u00a0y se ajustar\u00e1 por la UVA (Unidad de Vivienda Actualizada) -inflaci\u00f3n- con una tasa del 3,5% anual si es cliente del Banco Naci\u00f3n y del 4,5% anual sin no lo es.<\/p>\n<p class=\"element element-paragraph\"><strong>Cr\u00e9dito Procrear Soluci\u00f3n Construcci\u00f3n<\/strong> <strong>hasta $ 1.000.000.<\/strong>\u00a0Se podr\u00e1 construir sobre un terreno propio. El beneficiario aporta el lote; el subsidio del Estado Nacional es de $400.000 y el valor del cr\u00e9dito es de $600.000. La cuota inicial mensual es de unos $3.040;\u00a0a 30 a\u00f1os de plazo y ajustar\u00e1 por la UVA, con una tasa del 3,5% anual si es cliente; y del 4,5% sin no lo es.<\/p>\n<p class=\"element element-paragraph\"><strong>Cr\u00e9dito Procrear Soluci\u00f3n Construcci\u00f3n<\/strong> <strong>hasta $1.100.000 con menos subsidio<\/strong>.\u00a0Se podr\u00e1 construir sobre un terreno propio. El beneficiario aporta el lote propio, el subsidio del Estado Nacional es subsidio es de $300.000 y el valor del cr\u00e9dito es de $800.000.
